What if the next step in your career isn't about starting over, but about using what you already know in a completely new way? We're relaunching our career program Pearl Accelerate, and we're looking for you who are curious about changing direction, learning something new, and stepping into the world of IT consulting. You don't need to know SAP. You don't need to have worked as a consultant before. What you do need is at least a couple of years of work experience, an interest in new technology, and above all the curiosity, motivation, and drive to take the next step.

Your experience is your starting point

Changing careers doesn't have to mean leaving your previous experience behind. Quite the opposite.

At Pearl, we see the potential in the skills and experience you already bring. Perhaps you have a background in finance and want to combine your business understanding with technology. Perhaps you work in warehousing, transport, or supply and can see where processes get stuck. Or perhaps you're a developer who wants to step into a consulting role and work closer to the business.

With Pearl Accelerate, you get the chance to build on what you know and develop new skills in SAP and IT consulting.

A consultant from day one

Pearl Accelerate is designed to give you a clear start to your new career.

As a participant, you become a consultant at Pearl from day one and work on real customer projects. At the same time, you receive structured skills development, a senior mentor, and the opportunity to get certified in your area of specialization.

The program starts in April 2027 and is open to candidates in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

You can develop within areas such as:

💸 SAP Finance – for you with a background and interest in finance, accounting, and controlling.
🏗️ SAP Logistics – for you with experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, and business processes.
💻 ERP Technology – for you who want to grow within areas such as development, integration, SAP BTP, and AI-related technology.

Whichever path you choose, you become part of a team of dedicated colleagues and an Accelerate cohort where participants go through the journey together. That means support, shared experience, and the chance to build a strong network from the start.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for young professionals who feel it's time to try something new.

You have:

at least two years of relevant work experience
an interest in technology and new solutions
curiosity, motivation, and drive
strong communication and collaboration skills
no previous SAP experience required.

We welcome applicants with backgrounds in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, logistics, computer science, or software development. People with a vocational education background and solid practical experience may also be considered for relevant roles within tech.
