SAP Technology
Are you a developer, software engineer or data engineer who already builds with AI?
In SAP Technology, you use your coding and AI skills to build SAP solutions for clients. You work with SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, Fiori and Integration Suite, and you use AI agents and copilots to design, generate and test solutions faster.
In development, you enjoy letting AI do the heavy lifting while you design the solution, question the output and make sure it’s right. -
SAP Finance
You know how a company really makes money. Now put that knowledge to work.
As an SAP Finance consultant at Pearl, you turn your controlling and closing expertise into solutions that clients run their business on. You shape how they handle project systems, product costing, profitability analysis and profit center accounting.
If you are a controller, project controller or functional accountant, this is your next step. SAP experience helps, but a sharp finance mind and a drive to understand how systems work matter more.
In data anlyzis, you enjoy finding patterns, questioning numbers, and turning them into insight.

SAP Logistics
Do you work in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or in a commercial role? Do you understand your industry's processes, its customers and its challenges? We believe that your industry knowledge weighs more than a technical background and it will strengthens the industry solutions we already offer our customers. You will work in one of these core business areas:
Order to Cash
Procure to Pay or invoice management
Warehouse and Transport Management
Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management
Are you the one we're searching for?
We are looking for motivated talents with the necessary skills to succeed as consultants with us. You do not need SAP experience. You bring curiosity, drive and at least two years of work experience ready to be redirected.
The role of a consultant involves continuous learning—you need to stay updated in a competitive market, understand our clients’ needs, and become well-acquainted with our products. Therefore, it is essential that you have the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and implement it effectively.
The following skills and experience are required:

An interest in technology and AI
You enjoy problem-solving and understand how future-looking solutions, such as SAP, can address complex challenges for our clients. We use AI tools in our own delivery our you need to be comfortable working with AI in your daily work

At least two years of work experience
We already go to market with industry solutions in retail, wholesale, consumer products and pharma. You need a few years of experience from finance, supply chain, logistics, purchasing or commercial roles within these industries.

Communication skills
You collaborate well, have good communication skills, and enjoy working in a team.

As part of Pearl Accelerate, you’ll join Pearl as a consultant from day one, working within a dedicated team of colleagues in the same business area. The initial months are intensive, packed with new information and training designed to rapidly build your understanding of SAP and your specific field. The program begins with a comprehensive SAP course that everyone completes together. After that, you’ll dive into specialized training tailored to your business area, quickly taking on various assignments to apply what you've learned.
