Pearl is introducing Pearl Accelerate, a program which combines training and hands-on experience to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to work with development and integration in SAP. As a developer or integration consultant, you will help customers address business challenges and streamline processes with market-leading solutions. Responsibilities include designing integration flows, improving existing systems and processes, and solving technical challenges—all while collaborating closely with customers and colleagues. Work tasks

As a developer or integration consultant at Pearl, your responsibilities may vary depending on client needs and project requirements. Common tasks include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using SAP CPI/CI and Integration Suite.
• Developing and customizing applications within SAP BTP to meet specific customer needs.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Maintaining documentation and contributing to best practices in the development and integration field.
• Participating in workshops and collaborating with customers and teams to gather requirements and define goals.

Program structure:

• May: Kickoff—introduction to Pearl, meeting new colleagues, and reviewing preparatory materials.
• August 18: Employment start date and the beginning of week 1 of the program.
• Weeks 1–4: Self-study in your focus area.
• Weeks 5–9: A combination of studies and hands-on project work.
• Week 10: Final project week and examination.

The program follows an Accelerated Learning model, an intensive and practical training method with a fast pace, short theory sessions, and a focus on feedback and exercises.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related field. Candidates with a vocational education background and significant experience may also be considered.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a developer with knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Have a passion for programming or system integration.
• Possess strong programming skills, including the ability to build, debug, and maintain backend systems.
• Are fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with system integration or development projects.
