Position: SAP CRM Senior Developer

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of implementing and managing advanced SAP CRM solutions, ensuring they align with the client’s business objectives.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective ABAP code and CRM configurations.
• Offer strategic advice on optimizing SAP CRM systems and following best practices.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to streamline and enhance SAP CRM processes.
• Integrate SAP CRM with other business systems, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SAP CRM environment to maintain optimal performance.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP CRM and ABAP to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions using ABAP to meet unique client needs.
• Improve system functionality by creating custom reports, workflows, and interfaces.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP CRM consultant or subject matter expert.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an ABAP Developer in SAP CRM environments.
• Solid skills in ABAP programming, including creating reports, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and custom enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with Web UI, BOL/GENIL programming, and middleware within the SAP CRM framework.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM modules and their integration with other SAP systems.
• Ability to analyze business processes and deliver customized CRM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with clear and effective communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
