About the role

Role: Project Manager in our Business Area SAP ERP
Locations: Oslo, Sandefjord, Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö, Riga

In the role as a project manager, you will be responsible for leading SAP ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion. This includes managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring that every project achieves its business objectives while maintaining PEARL’s high standards of quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects (private and public cloud)
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed scope, budget, and schedule
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams to ensure go live.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Lead Project Manager for full-scale ERP implementations (SAP or comparable ERP systems)
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery of ERP solutions
• Good leadership and interpersonal skilled with a firm hand but prestige less rather than dominant (then you will for sure fit into our culture.)
• Proficiency in ERP project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic or Baltic language is considered an advantage
